Command Line Tools

CompChemUtils has a command line tool called ccu with the following sub-commands:

sub-command description
adsorption | place-adsorbate		places an adsorbate in nonequivalent configurations
fed		launches free energy diagram GUI
structure	resize-cell	redefines the c vector of a given structure
	permute	permutes sites within a structure
